We introduce you a new line of pneumatic actuators in INOX stainless steel, especially projected for corrosive enviroments or for sanitary applications. The body in particular has been realized in forged INOX stainless steel of high quality : A182 - F 316 - EN 10088/3 - 1.4401.

electric-pilot Valves

General features

The subjogation electro-valves for the pnemumatic valves proposed from Craind Impianti assure a long working life and praticality of installation and work. The NAMUR connections allows to assemble it directly on board of the valve. The valves are realized with IP 65 execution at norm with the ATEX normatives, to be used in dangerous areas. Easy conversion from 3 to 5 ways through the different position of the relative device.

FULL LOCK BOX

General features 
- Indicator: 
Position tridimentional indicator . 
- Cams regulations: The regulation of the micrometric cams typee is obtained through the thousand-lines jointing. The cams position is assured through a spring that avoid its accidental movement. The regulation is realized without any utesnil help.
- Terminal block: The card is provided of a 9 contacts terminal, including the ones for an eventual external electro-valve.
- Double connection:The box is provied of two threaded PG 13,5 connections. 
- Cover: 
The cover is correclty positioned on the box through two centering points. The finishing screws remains on their place so that  no one could take them out once the Box is opened.         
- Electric card: 
The electric cards have been studied a lot, to assure therir interchangeability and easily replacable, without strip (down) anything.
- Scaffold: 
The scaffold has been projected for aqn immediate assembling on pneumatic actuators, according to the VDl / VDE 3845 NAMUR normatives.
- Protection:
Protection level:  IP65 ,IP66 on request .

The versatility of use of the control and setting Craind panels allows the realization of dosing systems idoneous to satisfy differents demands. The schemes set out below syntactically show some of the dosing plants of more common realization. The panels, in their differents versions, can be provided of printers, external probes, power secton, fail-safe distinguisher ( for dangerous areas), analogic and digital outputs, RS 232 - 422 - 485 outputs for PC or PLC interfacing. They can be also realized in ATEX version.
